Students from the Faculty of Technology and Education at Beni-Suef University participated in the launch of a training program organized by Titan Cement Group. The event took the form of an introductory seminar titled "A Message of Support and Encouragement for Training Program Students," held in collaboration with the Faculty of Science. It was attended by Dr. Tarek Ali, President of Beni-Suef University; Dr. Hamada Mohamed Mahmoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs; and various university officials and representatives from Titan Cement Group.

This event marks the launch of the training program, during which participating students were introduced to the program’s objectives and stages, as well as the nature of the practical training they will receive at Titan Group sites and plants. Additionally, the event highlighted the skills and expertise the program aims to develop in the students, preparing them to meet the demands of the labor market.

Students from the Faculty of Technology and Education participated as part of the student groups involved in the training program; they attended the opening events and the introductory seminar, gaining insight into the nature of the program and the opportunities it offers for training and practical application.

The event also provided students with the opportunity to interact directly with Titan Group leadership, gain insight into the industrial work environment, and receive guidance and advice regarding training and career paths—thereby maximizing the benefits of the program and bridging the gap between their academic studies and practical application.

The participation of the Faculty of Technology and Education reflects its commitment to supporting its students and providing them with genuine training opportunities in collaboration with industrial institutions, thereby helping to develop their technical and professional skills and better prepare them for the demands of the labor market.
